i need some help how to install hbc.

hi guys. im new to this.i live in Ghana in west africa and i cannot update my wii.can anyone help me how to install the hbc on a 3.1E wii pal version.thanks.and can it be done without a zelda tp.all i have is sd card 1gig.

use bannerbomb and the hackmii installer.
