Wii Fit: Will it brick my Twighlight Hacked Wii?

i used twilight hack on 3.4 a while back and its been just fine. havent bought much since, but bought wii fit a couple of days ago. it has the update icon there, so ive been running it through backup loader to avoid installing the update. my quesiton is, if i go ahead and install the update, will it brick my wii?

see i have kids and i dont want them to accidentally run the update and brick it when im not around.

can i go ahead and install it and not worry about it or should i download an update free copy and hide the retail disc?

You can update if you want to, it will not brick your wii.

It is safe to update using the disc

The update is absoulutely fine, no update ever has, or likely ever will, affected already installed HBC. But dont use Backup Loader, or at least, don't discuss it here.

Oh, and to safely install only the required parts of the update, run it with Gecko OS and say yes to the prompts.
