Crash After WBC installation

First off hi everyone I'm kinda new to this and i have a small problem.

I've already installed the brew channel on my own wii without any problems, got everything working and used
the browser to downoad quite a few oldskool games that i love like quake 1 and doom :D

Now i'm trying to install the brew channel on another wii and i can't seem to get it working.

Everything went fine at first, I used the bannerbomb with the bootmii file and it starts normaly.
After that it says i can install the Brew channel and dvdx and the bootmii only as IOS, (same on my own Wii)

After installing all 3 (Channel, Bootmii, DvdX) wich all are succesfull i hit the exit button.

After that its black from there. nothing works anymore.
After unplugging the Wii from power and starting it the Homebrew channel apears in the main manu, but when I start it
i get a blackscreen for like 5 seconds before it returns to the main menu.

I've searched the forums and found out that more people have black screens and the anwer to this problem should be

but how can i run the WiiiSCU with bannerbomb? or won't this fix my problem

so my problem in short:
After Finishing the Bootmii Installation and pressing exit my screen goes black and i have to cut it from power

either update to 4.0 or use wiiscu to upgrade all the IOS's

how can i run wiiscu if i can't open the Brew channel and i don't think my own wii was updated

update through nintendo or use wiiscu with bannerbomb

I'm updating trough nintendo now

How??? do I put the map called 'Wii channels updater" in apps folder?
Or do i replace the boot.elf from boot mii with this one?

How can I start WiiSCU if i Can't start the homebrew channel?

To start wiiscu with bannerbomb, just replace the boot.elf (hackmii installer) on your SD card with the boot.dol from the WiiSCU folder. Does that make sense?
