System Menu 4.1U

I have the Homebrew Channel and I am currently running on System Menu 4.0U. I read somewhere that if I update to the new system menu 4.1 (i believe is the newest) that homebrew should not be affected. Is this true? And it said that the update will do something to the SD saves. Can someone give me a better explanation of that? Thanks!

It's true, homebrew will not be affected.

Regarding SD saves, you'll have to use Waninko's savegame manager to copy copy protected saves to and from the Wii and the SD Card unless you install some system menu hacks. No big deal at all actually.

No the homebrew channel and most other homebrew isn't affected if you have the requirements you can use startpatch to get rid of the no copy of savegames

If you dont understand what the SD saves thing is, you probably dont need to worry ;)
