3.2 Upgrade

Can someone help?

What do i need to do to upgrade from WII 3.2 to the current which is i think 4.2 ?
I have homebrew softmoded already using the Zelda disk but i see that there is a banner bomb game to use as well.
Do i need this game to upgrade to the current version?

You need no game for bannerbomb. That is the name of the exploit. And you dont need bannerbomb to upgrade. Theres a handy upgrade button hidden in the Wii Settings. Try using it. BTW, update HBC to 1.0.6 if you haven't already, and then update to 4.2.
