Is my IOS collection up to date?

Hey guys I just wanted to check with experts to see if my IOS list is up to snuff or not.
I used anytitle deleter to check them all and this is what I got:

Well we sort of need to know the version numbers as well.

But it looks like you have all the IOSes of a 4.0/4.1 Wii.

I'm sorry my wii is 3.2U and I havn't any idea how to get the version numbers.

Run the HackMii Installer (you dont have to install anything, just run it), then post the contents of the hackmii.log (or something similar) file created on the root of your SD card.

I believe it is "installer.log"

Most software that needs an official IOS that you don't have will try to install it.

Um, what? Give an example of ANY software other than an official disc game which will try to install an extra IOS because it needs it?
