AnyTitle Deleter errors

I'm new to the modding thing so any help here would be appreciated.
I've been following guides and trying to get everything set up. I've managed to get the homebrew channel installed and did all of the stuff with the Trucha Bug Restorer
My next step is to use the AnyTitle Deleter but I encounter errors whenever I try to delete anything

"Ticket delete failed (No ticket?) -102
Error! ISFS_Delete (ret = -102)
Error! ISFS_Open (ret = -102)
Reading IMD failed!
Error! ES_OpenContent (ret = -1017)"

I've tried searching for the errors to figure out what's going on but haven't had any luck. Any information about anything would be appreciated
Note that I know next to nothing about modding, only what guides have told me, and my computer isn't currently working (posting from my Wii)

Forgot to add, I'm on the 4.2 update and everything I've downloaded has been within the last 2 days

I believe you must have ES_Identify in your IOS 36 which, IIRC, TBR does not patch. You could use Dop-IOS MOD to patch it though.

TBR DOES patch ES_Identify, (and NAND permissions) but only if you tell it to.

I see that now. Just went the the wiki page and looked it up. So is that his problem?

This did it, the NAND option was turned off during the installpatchwhatever.
I may come back though, I couldn't find one of the IOS things I was supposed to delete, but I'm going to double check and make sure I have everything right first.
Thanks a bunch though

Yep I need a little more help, the last IOS I'm looking for doesn't appear to be in the list
Thats an illegal IOS.-Administrator

My bad, I don't know where the lines are drawn :(
Thanks for everything though
