Wii system update

Okay I'm new to this but I have homebrew and I'm on 3.3

Now when I go to my Disc Channel it says I must update in order to use my games......

And it also says if I have any unauthorized technical modification it could cause inoperability to my wii.

WHAT DO I DO! :(

And Im pretty sure homebrew is a unauthorized technical modification. =/

Just update. Currently no disc updates (or any updates) will "cause inoperability to your wii"

or you could use Gecko OS to launch your games and it will skip the update
