Install problems

Hello everyone.
I am a newbe to the homebrew channel. I've bought a wii (4.2U) and decided to put the homebrew channel on it. So, i got on downloaded what i need to download, formated my SD card, put the files, inserted my SD into the console, went o "Data Management" then select "Channels" and then "SD Card" , but the window with message "Load Boot.dol/elf?" haven't appeared,instead it just some " ???" .Does anyone have any ideas, or suggestions, or.......am i just hopeless?

make sure your using the newest version of bannerbomb, the previous version doesn't work for 4.2.

I can't help you much on the error(I installed using the twilight hack), but the wiki has a vast ammount of information in it.

Also, if using bannerbomb v2, you need to go to the SD Card Menu, not the Data Management area.

WikiFSX , You are, I went to the SD card menu and I 've installed the Homebrew.
I couldn't install the bootmii, so I tried to install priiloader but appeared an error:

"...logged in as “su”
got ROOT!
preloader system ticket not found, access denied
trying to read original ticket ..."

Does anyone have more ideas, or suggestions ?
