Basic help

Alright, I got HBC installed on my Wii a while back. My current version is 3.4U and I was wondering how I update to the current version. Do I just install updates like I would before I put HBC on my Wii or will that brick it??? and for some reason when I launch Bootmii on my current status, my screen goes black and the light on the Wii starts to blink. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah a regular update is fine provided you have the latest HBC. If you don't, update it before updating. It wouldn't brick, just would get deleted.

As for BootMii, try reinstalling it. Is it installed as IOS or boot2?
