Really stupid HB ? how to navigate out/away

OK I am all screwed up, I have HB installed on the start up wii screen I can select it, go to it, when I am done how do I get back to the wii start screen, I know this has to be the a really simple click.

press the home button on the Wii remote and select "Wii Menu" or "Exit" (I think its one or the other, can't remember).
