Smash Bros Not working after Hack Mii install using Smash stack on 4.2U?

Hi I'm new to homebrewing. I did do a search and did not find the answer, sorry if this is a repeat question.

I have system menu 4.2 and used smash stack + HackMii installer. Cant get Smash Brothers Brawl to work ever since I did this. I either get a disc read error when the game is insterted or the game actually freezes at the character selection screen. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix this?

If this is a known issue are there other games that have this same problem that I should know of?

A disc read error is your own fault. It means your disc drive is dirty.

You're freezing is probably caused by not removing smashstack.

If your on 4.2 why not use bannerbomb instead of smashstack. its all by the use of a sd card.

Smashstack still being on the SD card was the problem.

The freezing wasnt actualy happening on the character select, it was during the stage select. This time I started the game without the SD card in and the problem was gone. I got rid of the smashstack version of the private folder and renamed "privateold" to "private"
