How do you get the Homebrew Browser to work?

The directions on Wiibrew and the HTML that came with the HBB files just say "Launch via the Homebrew Channel." I don't see a clear method as to how to do that, so how do I do it?

Put it on your sd card like this:

sd:/apps/homebrew_browser/boot.dol
                         /meta.xml
                         /icon.png
                         /settings.xml

And it'll show up in HBC.

I've never had a settings file what does that do exactly...

Its a Homebrew Browser specific file. Other homebrew do not have it.
