Trying to install DOP-Mii v14.2- not loading on HBC

Heloo I just installed HBC and trying install DOP-Mii v14.2.

I extracted the downloaded file to my SD card and put into my Wii > started HBC and all I see is bubbles. I thought the DOP-Mii is suppose to load?

I have version 4.2u wii

You need an "apps" folder on your SD card.
It should be something like:
SD:/apps/DOP-Mii/boot.dol
