What file systems and max size are supported for USB HDD?

Curious as to what the maximum size and file system formats are supported on the Homebrew Channel and programs that run on the HBC. Could anyone clarify? Thanks!

There are apps that can work with NTFS; CleanRip and WiiMC I believe. There is also a port of libntfs by Tantric and rodries so any Homebrew (as well as possible HBC versions in the future) can use NTFS formatted drives.
