NEED HELP WITH SHOPPING LIST PRE BREW

I just got a brand new Wii at a pawn shop for 75$ (lil benefit of the economic downturn) and a guy at the supermarket was telling me about homebrew and how you can like watch your dvds on your wii and play games that other ppl created and like old nintendo 64 games. so i came home sat down went to google and ended up here after a few hours of endless searching finding nothing but multiple ended solutions.

what im looking for now is what exactly do i need. it seems i need smash bros or indiana jizzones or other games to "hack" my wii. i have wii sports that came with my wii and everything else that comes with a wii. i have a 2g sd card that the wii recognized.

so besides what i have what do i need to get to successful brew going.

of zelda, indiana jone and smash bros which is the most fun to play?

Zelda and SSBB are both good fun, I haven't play Indy, but Lego games are generally alright, but a bit childish. If you like fighting games, Brawl. If you like adventure games, Zelda. Seeing as you'll only have it for a little while, I'd say Brawl as Zelda takes a while to get going IMO, and you really need to play through it to enjoy it.

Also, Zelda won't work on 4.3. Super Smash Bros would be best.

ya luckly i read it once more b4 i headed out b/c zelda was looking pretty boss based on youtube trailors.

but ya, i went and got a copy of smash for 20$ at a pawn shop and now im playing quake :) thx so much for your help!
