AnyTitleDeleter and Homebrew Browser don't show up on the HBC

When I looked at a couple FAQs, all I got was it needs to be in the apps folder and needs to have boot.dol in there. Both do. What now? I know I'm being vague, but if you need to know any more info I can submit it.

So you have your SD card. On it is the "apps" folder (make sure it's lower-case). Inside that are folders for each app (homebrew_browser, AnyTitle Deleter). Inside those folders are the boot.dol for each. (also lower-case)

...When I said what I said earlier, I meant I already did it. Those folders are in the apps folder, and both have a boot.dol.

Nevermind, I got it working. Thank you though.

Try it without anything plugged into the USB ports (if there is..)
If not, try a different SD card if you can
