Can't play certain Wiiware games.

So I'm trying to play FFC: My Life as a King but as I start it, it goes back to the Wii Menu, the default channel whatever it's called. I can't seem to start the game. I read that installing IOS 30 v1040 fixes the issue. Is it required to in-order to run the game?

Also I'm running firmware 3.2U.

Edit: Ok I just did it anyways, I installed IOS30 v1040 and that didn't help it either.

FFC: MLaaK Title ID is WFCx where x is region code. knowing this, we can probably figure out what IOS it uses from the TMD.
EDIT: OK, you can probabky use ATD mod to see what IOS it uses. it'll either say its name, or the letters WFCE.
