Homebrew Browser problem?

So I'm trying to launch the Homebrew Browser and it keeps getting stuck on the "Parsing Homebrew List" step. I have my wifi all set up and everything but nothing's happening.

What could be the problem?

How long have you been waiting? It can take a while.

I left my Wii on overnight and nothing's happened still.

EDIT: Found the problem. My SD card was in write lock mode, I think.

hi im trying to install the hbb every thing runs fine hbc games ect i try to install hbb it connects to the server fine, dl all the files then extracts them then when it trys to open them it says failed then goes into a memory dump i have an old wii with 4.2e updated on it truncha bug installed.

same problem has happened to me. I have tried to search and I did follow the insturctions step by step
