Playing European Games on 4.3U

Hello, obviously my first post here. I have done a lot of searching and reading to get my Wii modded so I can play Pandora's Tower. I have installed HBC via letterbomb and want to play this game.

I have read that TinyLoad would be the best program for me so how do I add it to the HBC without messing anything up? Do I add the .elf file in the plugins folder on my SD card?

I'm not sure why you have a plugins folder, you need an "apps" folder on your SD card and inside the apps folder goes another folder, for example "TinyLoad" and then inside that folder goes the "boot.dol" or "boot.elf" file.
