no homebrew bowser

i cannot download this:homebrew bowser v0.3 because of this:windows cannot open file. please help!

Stop trying to run things on your computer. The homebrew browser is a Wii homebrew application. Run it with the Homebrew Channel. Follow the guide I linked you to [ [wiisixtyfour.webs.com] ] carefully.

not helping cause that page (wiisixtyfour.webs.com)is just telling you how to get the homebrew channel.not the homebrew bowser.and when i try to download the homebrew bowser and put it on my sd card,when i insert it into the wii nothing happens.please help!

The apps folder is literally an "apps" folder. You've opened the "private" folder.
