HBC-WiiXL works great, but now discs not read

I used Letterbomb on my Wii 4.3U System Menu, got The HomeBrew Channel, then was able to run games with WiiXL, no problem. It's great!

All the rest of my Wii still works fine, EXCEPT the Disc Channel is no longer able to read any of my game disks. The UI of the Disc Channel works as normal, It shows the spinning discs, but finally says "Unable to read the disc"

Tried rebooting without the SD card, no good.

Laser lens cleaning worked.

So it was just a coincedence. An anyway, there's no way an emulator can do that.
