How to Uninstall a .dol?

I'm trying to update the CrazyIntro.dol that I installed years ago using Priiloader, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to uninstall it or install a .dol that overwrites it? Will overwriting it cause a brick? If so, then how do I uninstall the .dol?

Aren't all of the dol files stored on your SD? If so, just delete the old one and put the new one on your SD and reinstall with priiloader
