Wich firmware i have on my Wii

How can I see wich version of firmware i have on my Wii ? 3.1 to 3.4
I have done an update once, but its some month ago.

Go into your wii system settings. (Click on the icon in the bottom left corner of the system menu) Your firmware appears on the lower right corner (maybe its upper right - I dont have my wii near me).
