error on loading home brew channal

Hi i'm new to nintendo wii homebrew channel. I am having difficulty installing this on my wii, my system menu is version 386 (v24 eur). When I install it says installing ticket ... es_add ticket failed :-2011 installation failed! Can anybody help with this please!!??????

Make sure you're using the correct version of the twilight hack. If you're on 3.4 you need beta 2. If you're under 3.4 you need beta 1.

i've been having the same problem, only i know for a fact that i've been using beta 1 (my wii is 3.3U).
is there any other problem that could explain why it wont install?

When you load the zelda game there are two save games you can load from the twilight hack. If one doesnt work, make sure to try the other one.

Ignore that.

When you choose the wrong one (0 or 2) the game freezes and nothing happens

Make sure you're using the newest homebrew channel installer (1.0.1)
