How to load games from usb?

OK guys I was wondering what you would do to load your games from a usb? And if it is possible,can you just use a usb and not have an sd card at all? Thanks.

I know you can use the loadmii app to run executables (games/apps) from a usb. But you'll still need your SD card in your wii with loadmii just so you can get to loadmii.
