3.3E With Twighlight 0.1 beta 1....Error 2011 When Installing HBC

I get down to

I'm running under IOS30 10.16
I'll configure THBC to use IOS30

Starting installation ...
Fixing up signature...
Installing Ticket...

Error -1030002011 Installing ticket

Installation failed.


On my SD card I have

Private (with wii/title/rzde rzdj rzdp and the corresponding data.bin files in each)
Apps
Boot.dol

I have been reading up on many threads for what equates to weeks now but I can't seem to suss this

Any help would be gratefully appreciated

boot.dol not Boot.dol - these things are case sensitive.
