Anyone restored yet?

Hey all, i was just wondering if anyone has tested out the restore feature yet?
How fast is it?
Does it restore perfectly?

I've tried RestoreMii. It works like a charm!

It seems as if it first makes a diff between your backup and what's on NAND. Then it asks for your permission before actually starting the write. Then when commiting the write, it only writes to those blocks that actually diff, minimizing wear of the NAND, and maximizing speed.

Im sure such an important feature of bootmii was well tested before release. I've seen a few posts and youtube vieos of people using the feature. As for speed of restore it's probbaly going to depend somewhat on the speed of your memory card, seems to take approximately 7 minutes on a video on youtube.

I personally haven't restored, but I've read reports of people intentionally bricking their Wii's and the restore working perfectly.

I personally restored my Wii twice and both times all went well, perfect restore of my wii occurred.
I only tried with beta 1 though, can't tell anything about beta 2.

I have on one of the two Wii's I own and have bootmii installed on boot2. It worked just as expected. Absolutely fantastic to be able to backtrack if I want.

...... 3 times...... damn you IceFire.... :P
