BackupMii Error -1?

Ive been trying to make a backup of my NAND with BootMii but everytime i run the BackupMii it says:

BackupMii v0.6   NAND ID: addc8099
f_write(otp) short: 0 bytes
Short write to block 0: 0 bytes
Backup failed: -1

And after that it stays frozen. My SD is a 1GB Lexar and has everything working fine except this.

Anyway I can fix this?

Well.... I am thinking it's your SD.

Edit: actually i think that the -1 error is that you are pressing the B button and that cancels whatever you were doing...

I got the same message too, but the issue is my SD card is full ...
