[IDEA]voip (sip) client on wii

Hi everybody,
I googled a lot about this topic but seems nobody ever thought about it: homebrew that makes your wii a phone!
I know there is wiispeak and wiispeakchannel, but that's not what I mean.
I'd like to call any kind of phones, just like a phone is expected to do, and I think it should be a kind of softphone with big keypad on the screen. Further developments could include access to wii address book, phone number searching based on the geolocation of the wii itself, partycalling and so on.

Since there are opensource projects that run on ppc and arm platforms, do you think it would be feasible to make a wii port of (i.e.) linphone ?

I'm sorry I'm not a coder and a voip-expert neither, so I can't make a PoC homebrew to give a starting point to developers eventually interested in this project.
