IOS/cIOS Lister App?

Hi Guys:
Not sure if this would be useful to anyone but I was wondering if someone could make an app that lists installed IOSes and cIOSs with version number. Maybe even offer install/uninstall/upgrade/downgrade options later on.

Would be handy for all those homebrews that require a specific version of some IOS.
