Expanded file explorer? Gamecube memory cards

I am trying to get a save file off of my Gamecube memory card and onto my computer. It is the save file for the Action Replay Max. I want to get the codes off of it and decrypt(encrypt?) them using gcncrpyt so I can use the Gamecube cheats while playing Gamecube Games on my Wii. Ultimately i just want the cheats on my computer or sd card. Is there an app that will act as a file explorer between the sd card and the gamecube memory card? I'm completely new to this so i don't know if it is even possible.... there may be file format issues perhaps? any help would be greatly appreciated!
