Opening a System Menu WAD

OK, I have a system menu wad acquired from a Mario Kart Wii Game Disc. So... how do I go about using it? Should I open it in IDA Pro? Or is there some extraction tool I need, or what? I want to expirement with it...

use segher's tools to decrypt it and load it to IDA using the instructions posted in this forum by bushing.
