Can't Update from within xwhiite.

Hi, I recently got the wifi working in xwhiite thanks to the help of my Ubuntu Linux Partition on my PC. The problem now is that when I try to "app-get update" or "app-get upgrade" it all the websites that it tries to get the updates from are 404. Also, when I try to "app-get install xfce4" it can't find it either! I tried the "--fix-missing" command and that didn't work as well. so what I want to know is where can I get the update that xwhiite needs and where can I get xfce4 and not to mention what versions do i need. I already know that I need the PowerPC versions of these but what nomenclature?

edit "/etc/apt/sources.list" to read "deb [archive.debian.org] etch contrib main non-free".

you need the full http address but formating on the forum keep changing it to a link.
