Failing Wii repair?

I know something is going wrong with my Wii, I am getting more and more graphic artifacts on my screen
I've taken it apart once to fix a overheat problem but my heat sink fix doesn't seem to have fix the graphic problem.

Is there a way to fix my Wii by replacing the ram chip or re flowing the solder on it?
