My Wii has been having problems with the disc drive and it now does not play Brawl. I have decided that I would like to try and get it fixed. Because the issue is with Brawl, I can get it fixed by Nintendo for free, even though I've had my console since launch. My only problem is that I have the Homebrew Channel. When I try to play a game in Kirby's Dream Collection, I get Error #002. I am on System Menu 4.1U and I use Gecko OS to play it and other newer games in order to prevent updating. Does anyone know what I could do to fix this, or if it's even worth it to stay on 4.1?by CleverNameHere - Homebrew General
If I update my Wii and link it to my Club Nintendo account, will Nintendo be able to find out that I have the Homebrew Channel? Also, if they can find that out, how would they respond? If I wanted to redeem a WiiWare game with Club Nintendo Coins, do I need to have my Wii linked to my account to receive the game?by CleverNameHere - Homebrew General
