same situation here. Let me see if a get... i can install the last version of HBC then update from nitendo update to system menu 4.3 and my hbc wont be deleted? That way i can run the hbc and run hackmii again? thats it?by Darksome - Homebrew General
Just look at my post in I have installed HBC at a fresh system menu 4.0. Everything works great!by Darksome - Homebrew General
Yes it is... Now I have HBC installed now in my fresh 4.0 wii! :) I have installed DVDx too! so everything is ok now! I am running all HB applications Edited Outby Darksome - Homebrew General
Install the hbc with bannerbomb! Moderators are editing the posts to remove the guides... but if u search at gmail u will find one that is Working 100%by Darksome - Homebrew General
Anyone can tell me how to know if my wii have boot1? purchased wii date? serial number? something that can tell me! Thx!by Darksome - Homebrew General
QuotebushingYou could always find your own damn exploit. This is the biggest true someone of hack team could say! :) Everyone that are complain about the release of new exploit should make your own exploit OR wait patiently to the new one. (probable bootmii). I think that the long time to release bootmii means a good work being done.by Darksome - Homebrew General
Quote0ld8oyQuotebushingQuoteatomixxhow about releasing the source code so long so that more than 1 developer can work on the hack and people can see something is happening. Instead of just bitching about it. Everytime i see there are new posts i get all excited to find that it is just another idiot moaning and groaning about it taking so long! pot ... kettle ... black ... (sometimes exploitsby Darksome - Homebrew General
QuoteBigDavei would just be happy if insted of every one saying wait for the new exploit just answer his (and every one else with a virgin 4.0 wii ie: mine) question How do we downgrade our wii from 4.0? I think all developers are more interesting in how to make a new installer for HBC. As far i know the bannerbomb can run powerpc code on system menu 4, and they are completing some tests. QuotesvpeQuotebg4545QuotesvpeNo, you cannot. the TMD is always deleted and needs to be reinstalled. You cannot copy the hbc back once it's been deleted. We have another exploit though that allows us to install arbitrary titles (e.g. BootMii or the HBC) once we can run powerpc code (which can be done with comex' exploit). I thought that it was possible to install the hbc if it was deletby Darksome - Homebrew General
Anyone know if i connect a wii-key2 (modchip) to my wii (system menu 4 without hbc) can I downgrade it to 3.3 again? Then remove the wii-key2. Would this work?by Darksome - Homebrew General
Would be nice if we had at least one way to downgrade to 3.3 again! :)by Darksome - Homebrew General
Who is working with bootmii now? cause Marcan is out of scene now... (as I know)by Darksome - Homebrew General
We just need a exploit that copy the TP hack back to wii. :) I think the only protection nitendo have done is system menu 4.0 against TP hack is the copy protection. Of course this is just an idea... Well we will need to wait some time to the new system menu 4 exploit. Apparently Comex are having a little more work then he could imagine! :) And after his work will be more work to do byby Darksome - Homebrew General
This will help! svpe in history of wiibrew. Quotesvpebannerbomb does not help you to install titles. please discuss this with me (#wiidev/efnet) before undoing this revision, kthx.by Darksome - Homebrew General
Bannerbomb IS real, just not work on system menu 4.0 that never had HBC installed before. (right now) I think we will have to wait a little longer for HBC fresh install in system menu 4.0.by Darksome - Homebrew General
Forget about BaNNeRBoMB, this exploit only works on system that already have HBC. BaNNeRBoMB needs an encrypted key unique to every Wii that there's no way to get without HBC already installed.by Darksome - Homebrew General
