There are many ready-made apps as WAD that can be installed as channel (SNES emu, wad manager, and many others), and also I think there is a tool that will let you create them. Sorry about the VC, I use it for the apps as channels but added the VC in my post so you'll get what I meant. Already removed.by Dan_Aykroyd - Homebrew General
Hi; First of all I'd like to thank you all for your great work on the Wii scene! I recently updated to the october 23 3.3 firmware thinking that it'd be OK (HBC channel, and such; specially after seeing the beta 9), but I accidentally overlooked the WAD installations not working fact. Now, after further reading, I found out that the WAD channels couldn't be installed anymoreby Dan_Aykroyd - Homebrew General
@missigno00: It can't be done "as before" because the fakesigning stuff was patched. But the whole point of my previous thread was to ask how HBC beta 9 installs and if that could be used for regular (a.k.a. applications encapsulated in WAD; i.e. Canal WAD Manager, SNESZ Channel, etc.) applications to be installedby Dan_Aykroyd - Homebrew General
Well, after asking a simple question about running apps as WAD ("channels") and being called instantly a pirate, what I wonder is, does the installation of the HBC also relies on that Nintendo copyrighted code? And if so; your logic to support or not the WADs would be "ok... for the HBC... let's just break the law 'a little', BUT don't ever ask about other WADs, you lame-scby Dan_Aykroyd - Homebrew General
