upgraded hacked Wii to 4.2E and now bricked? - 15 years ago

Hiya, I have managed to 'upgrade' a modded Wii to 4.2E. I don't know if I have bricked it or semi-bricked it. I can get to system settings and have reformatted the memory. I have a PAL wii and had it modded using Zelda hack. It was probably on 3.4 and i thought to upgrade the hacked software but ended up upgrading system software to 4.2E. Since I have done this I can see the follow
