Homebrew Browser wont load - 12 years ago

I need help! I have followed all of the tutorials online and did everything right but its still not working! I have HBC downloaded and it works fine but i need to get HBB so i can download apps. I have the apps folder on my SD card and the HBB file copied into it, but everytime i go to lanch HBC i should be getting a screen showing that HBC in loading but nothing happens but bubbles in the backgr
