so i downloaded the wiibrew channel and thought i unzipped it but all i have is a tar file and cannot find the boot.dol within it. could this be my problem?by jcbettridge - Getting Started

when i start up the game and go talk to the man everything seems fine until... the screen locks up and this is what i have...
