My installer says that it is possible to install BootMii/boot 2 however I have a question about this (from the bootmii faqs): I installed BootMii/boot2, but it doesn't come up when I boot my Wii. Try booting with no SD card inserted. If you see a brief set of flashes from the blue slot LED right after you hit the power button, try a different SD card. Make sure you have a directory namby sffadsad - BootMii Beta
Hey guys I just installed Homebrew on my friend's Wii using the Bannerbomb. However, when we click the channel it loads for a bit and before it can get to the HBC itself it just reloads to the system menu. It is not a 4.0 and the last update he had was with the SSBB U disc. I did the exact same things I did on my Wii which has everything working fine. Can you help?by sffadsad - Getting Started
No testing needed. There is incompatibility with the current version of bannerbomb and gecko. It may be because of the fact that it doesn't use UNIX time.by sffadsad - Getting Started
As far as I can tell, Gecko currently doesn't work with bannerbomb. It just issues a code dump when you load the game.by sffadsad - Getting Started
Actually that's what I did. I was able to get into Gecko OS and everything. However when I pressed load game disc I got the error/exception message. Edit: I just read the bannerbomb thread and if I read correctly the problem has to do with the fact that bannerbomb itself has bugs correct? Sorry for not reading sooner.by sffadsad - Getting Started
Hey guys. I just got bannerbomb and it works fine on my Wii. It loads the boot.dol, and loads up the Gecko OS. However from the Gecko OS itself, I can't load my games. When I do, what I think is an error message occurs. It says soemthing about an exception (DSI) occurring. I'm running a 4.0U virgin Wii, and I'm loading the main.dol. The error occurs with and without using codes. Caby sffadsad - Getting Started
