all i have d/l from the homebrew browser is Gecko OS and dvdx. i put my game in and enter gecko OS through the homebrew channel and on the menu i select LOAD GAME it waits a few seconds and then says no disc has been inserted. i've tried a couple of different discs with the same result. am i doing something wrong? or do i need to get another program to go along with Gecko OS to get it toby akawho - Getting Started

so is the homebrew browser different than the homebrew channel? sorry if thats a silly question...this is my first attempt at homebrew. where can i get the homebrew browser then? also, right now i don't have anything in my apps folder. i just had the hackmii and the homebrew channel on the sd card. yeah i think something went wrong with the way i had the files there. i wound up getting rid of the load mii and putting a different hackmii file on the sd card. i was able to succesfully install the homebrew channel with this!!! thanks for the help on getting there! now i have a question about what to do next. the homebrew channel is just a screen with the words Homebrew Channel at the bottomby akawho - Getting Started
ok so i did that and got through that step. then i get to the section where it lists private, boot.dol, and homebrew channel. i open homebrew channel file and it looks like it tries to start up then the screen fills with a DEBUG ERROR [1] NOT OWNER text and then it looks like it opens the homebrew channel for a split second and then takes me back to the main wii page. and the homebrew channel isby akawho - Getting Started
I've read through several other topics on here on the issue and I've used the advice given and it still wont work for me. I've got a 1 gig kingston SD card with nothing else on it. At first (going by the directions on ) i d/l and unzipped aad1f_v108.zip and added the file to my sd card. I then d/l bootmii and put it on the card as well.
