WBFS Manager not detecting drive

Hey I formatted a FAT32 partition to WBFS using the manager and it tells me it was sucessful yet all the options are all greyed out and I cant add games and check the space in the game.

USB Loaders don't detect the partition either.

Any ideas? :S
