I have ios 16! How can i get it to a IOS 249?

I tried to isntall the ios 249 but it didn't let me maybe bc I didn't have a previous cIOS. I have a hbc, boot mii 2, and don't know what to do next bc i really don't wanna damage my wii. Maybe I'm having problems bc my is is 3.4 system update. So can someone tell me whats next???

Why the hell do you think you need cIOS 16 or cIOS 249 installed?
