is there an update to 4.2 out?

when nintendo does the updates, i come here to find something that tona made or something, but i doesn't seem like theres anything past 4.0 and i know theres system menu 4.2 out, anyway, is there something i can put in my HBC to update it to that or what? i'm already am having problems trying to run some wiiware games on my wii already, like PKMN rumble. all my others start up just fine, but rumble restarts my wii. my friend is also having trouble trying to play his new wii games too.
so is there an IOS installer here or no?...
