I just want to go back!!

Hi all, don't ban me please, just looking for some help.

I was trying to be able to play backups and used some combination of the home brew set up Link Removed and the softmodding for dummies Link Removed
Thinking I knew what I was doing, I let myself get distracted after getting the homebrew channel installed. Now I want to just clear out everything I did and put it back fresh.
Please help.
