USBLoader GX(latest rev)

I have USBLoader GX and never had a problem with till today. I installed the HBC on my sister's Wii and then USBLoader, since she didn't bring me her SD card I used mine(without removing anything already on there) USBLoader starts and I try to install NSMB on the already WBFS formatted USB drive but the disk drive doesn't spin. I retried it on my Wii and got the same problem. Using WBFS Manager 2.5 I put Wiiplay on the USB stick and loaded it on both Wii's fine.

Most likely, I messed up my config or something by using the same SD card. I've looked at the ReadMii on GX's site but nothing pertaining to this is there.

4Gb Lexar USB

Edit: Also, I tried mounting a game through the loader and it played fine.
Edit(2): Sister's Wii boots GX from USB and boots games from the same USB. My Wii boots GX from SD and boots games from USB.
