updated HBC now config USB Loader won't work?

updated HBC now config USB Loader won't work?

I updated the HBC whilst I was in the HBC to 1.0.8 (latest)
Now all of a sudden config USB loader mentions an error that ios249 is a stub and does not load...

I am stumped, anyone help out please?

I actually don't...
My daughter keeps getting my discs scratched and I found out you can copy them from the disc onto the usb drive, great for me! now no more scratched discs!
