DOL files where to get them?

I guess I am missing something. I installed the Twilight hack no problem, did the rawdump and burned a disc. then I get to the part that says create an apps folder and put the executable dol file in it with the optional icon and meta file. I must be missing something where does this dol file come from?

yes, i got that installed, i want to be able to play my burned games, and from what I understand I need to put them in the apps folder so they will show up. i read about makeing the files even downloaded WADder but it also asks for the DOL files, but I couldn't find anything that says where to get the DOL files.
